Who We Are
A non-profit organization served by committed business professionals in multi-national and large corporate organizations with extensive corporate and people development experience.
Our mission is to help the next generation be better prepared for the challenges and expectations of the working world.
Since 2010, we have been providing personal development programs to more than 400 students from 70 secondary schools. We have worked with more than 150 students from universities in Hong Kong since 2018.

Be a Corporate Partner
SOWHK works with supporters to develop meaningful partnerships and robust engagement. We collaborate with companies and their employees on coaching young people to sow seeds of wisdom in them, helping them maximize their potential and flourish in the world of work.

Corporate leaders who volunteer to be coaches find the experience both rewarding and meaningful as they develop coaching skills and make a positive impact in the growth of our young people.
