Yulee has been recruiting and developing young talent for major multinationals since 1997. The scope of her work includes leadership and organizational development and talent management. Her professional expertise in leadership development includes university graduates and coaching top executives.

Yulee believes in the value of equipping youth with a strong sense of self-awareness so that they may lead a happy and meaningful life as active contributors to their community. She has been involved in youth development work for Hong Kong secondary school students since 2010. These efforts have inspired her to develop more ideas and ways to help young people pursue a fulfilling career and life.
