Vivian is the Founder of Seeds of Wisdom Hong Kong. Through her extensive experience in people management in global organizations of different industries, Vivian has developed unique insights in organizational and leadership effectiveness. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she is strongly committed to the future of Hong Kong. She believes that through effective development during formative years, young people in Hong Kong would enjoy their fair share of success and fulfillment in their lives. They would participate in the different segments of our society and shape the future of Hong Kong.
