Stephanie has had over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leading executive search firms and large corporations in a variety of industries. Her work helping companies recruit top talent has brought her into contact with successful business leaders from a range of industries, functional expertise and cultural backgrounds.  

Stephanie’s coaching experience has been gained mainly on-the-job, managing teams of in-house recruiters with a focus on developing their advisory capabilities and a mind-set of continuous improvement. Stephanie is passionate about sharing what she has learnt from these interactions to help young people achieve a fulfilling career in the working world and stay positive and resilient in the challenging and ever-changing business environment.
