Christine is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 28 years of working experience in corporations across a diverse range of industries, mainly in the Greater China region. Her areas of expertise includes grooming and developing young talent and facilitating organizational culture change programs. She is committed to and believes in the value of people development. Since 2000, she has been involved in the training and development of young human resources professionals. She also serves as a coach and advisor to university students on their career preparation and readiness. Christine would like to build a better bridge between the young people and the working world where they may realise their full potential and be motivated to give back to the community.
